A. Foreign Domestic Worker Grant
Each household can apply for up to 2 FDW grants if they are caring for two parents in the family.
Benefits
Monthly cash payment of $120 to the employer
Eligibility
Care recipient is a Singaporean or Permanent resident
Care recipient aged 65 and above
Care recipient has difficulty performing three or more Activities Daily of Living (ADL)
Employer is a direct relative of the care recipient
Employer is residing at the same NRIC address as the care recipient
Household monthly income per capita of $2,600 or less
The FDW must attend an AIC-approved FDW grant caregiver training course

Send your FDW for a caregiver training course
Download and submit the Household Means-Test Declaration to MOH Holdings
Download the FDW Grant Application Form, Functional Assessment Report and Terms and Conditions
Submit all documents to the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC)

B. Foreign Domestic Worker Levy Concession
Benefits
Receive a $60 per month concession on the levy for each FDW
Maximum concession levy of $120 per month per household
Eligibility
Care recipient is a Singaporean
Care recipient is aged 65 and above, or is unable to perform at least one Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Care recipient must be living at the same NRIC address as the employer
How to Apply
Submit the following documents to the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC)
Download the FDW Grant Application Form and Functional Assessment Form
Copy the care recipient’s NRIC or birth certificate (front and back)
